It is a good book, I read it and it contains a lot of real life stories of men in a lot of different situations so for anyone can relate in some way.

And I believe you can skip that 1 coke or 1 beer in exchange for an entire book.

It's hard to figure out what's going on. I think a lot of guys were nice because the women were nice. Then feminism pushed competing and becoming "nasty women" and shaming "nice guys" and attempts to punish or ridicule them for being nice. So now nasty women will have to be treated as they treat others wherever one cannot treat them with greater kindness (if they attack, men must defend themselves, but men can still act "nice" and have more class even when "nasty women" act trashy)

The book, although it focus on relationship, it is great for self-improvement as it tackles abandonment issues in men when they were children and trying to fix such problems as it appears in passive-aggressiveness, timidity, validation etc.

Many of you are commenting on the video itself, and not Dr. Glover's book. The virgin faggot producer of this clickbaity video is giving us HIS interpretation, and a bad one at that. BTW, I hate videos like this on YouTube. They just steal original material from someone else, dress it up with graphics and music, just to get "likes" and clicks.

READ THE BOOK YOURSELF before saying it's just PUA bullshit. It's not. There's a free PDF floating around the web somewhere. For many men in the MGTOW vein, it explains quite a bit. It gives a very refreshing perspective. I'm an old bitter divorced asshole, and I read this book cover-to-cover in one sitting when I found it. The author creates a framework that explains things much better than any marriage counselor could. The male/female dating dance (that leads to PUA) is only tangentially related to the book. The book gets much deeper, and, for some men, really hits the nail on the head.

My PUA journey brought me to read the book No more Mr Nice guy. Definely helps you see what women do to you, and how they cling on to you. They claim that their hapiness is based upon you. You have to make them happy. My father and this book taught me it's okay to not ignore if they are not happy, only we can be responsible for our own hapiness.

The book even goes to say, Hey. Go your own way. If she got fat and you are no longer attractive, go work out on your own. Eventually she will either follow your footsteps, or you guys eventually break up because the man gained all that confidence from gym time.

I saw this in my parents. Before they split, My dad started hitting the gym a lot more, got in better shape etc.

Read/listen to the book. ENjoy it.
