If she was late, I would call my boss and tell him I'm going home. If he would ask me to wait, I would stay for 10 minutes more and then call him again.

Repeat until he takes measures.
Not only he will remember every instance of her being late, he would also be very annoyed by the whole thing.

I had a job, not security but something else, and this woman, 24, single mom of 4, would always be late, ALWAYS.

There was usually one of 3 guys that had to wait for her to come in and she’d be 10 minutes to 2 hours late, completely random, and eventually whoever had to wait would wait 15 minutes max and just leave, it was really ridiculous because she lived a 10 minute walk away at most.

Our boss was well informed about her tardiness but just let it happen and never did anything about it and even told us to wait no matter how long. So since we started staying late we would start noting it in our time cards, the girl got pissed and told our boss and he got pissed at us (Yes he was a simp), but we kept doing it anyway and what could he do? Break the law and not pay us? He had no one to replace us with either, it was a family owned place and they were really bad at retaining people.

She kept being late, sometimes she’d have a streak of being on time but would just get back into her tardiness. Eventually one of the other guys and I quit, the one guy that stayed was over 60 I don’t think he could really move away from there easily or he would have left too. There was another coworker who was a simp and sympathized with her and would get mad at us for complaining against her too.

From what I heard she’s still late frequently and they haven’t been able to keep anyone that they’ve hired since and my old boss is planning to sell. That woman is lucky my old boss is a simp because she would have been let go anywhere else for doing this for at least a month let alone 2 years.
