As someone from ex-USSR country, I would say that this plan sounds too well-thought to be true. First of all, he says that one of the stages takes from 15 to 20 years, but USSR existed for only around 70 years. I doubt they had that much time to test this theory. Also, judging from results of the Cold War anti-communist propaganda was way more effective because at the end many countries were trying to quit Warsaw Pact.

She is well in her 30s and she actually whines that they aren't sending her any money, lol. But in case of MGTOWs it's the other way around. We don't want our resources siphoned from us.
