So I started working Starbucks a couple weeks ago. Some observations from customer service...

Men by and large are very polite and keep their orders simple and hassle free. I've only had one homeless guy get pissed at me for not remembering his regular drink, and another super rich dude that pulled out a wad of 100's that we couldn't accept due to them possibly being counterfeit. Both men on the extreme ends of the spectrum in our society.

Now when it comes to women the older ones, 60-80 are very pleasant to interact with. But most middle age women are super demanding and pissy about everything! Unappeasable really. I've had so many come storming into the store pissed off that their drink wasn't exactly what they ordered. There is an air of extreme unhappiness surrounding them. Most are yelling at their kids, to the point where I'm cringing. Entitled is the word I'm looking for here, they think they deserve special treatment even though they've hit the wall. But even the hot younger girls are cranky these days.

The people that warm my heart are the fathers with their kid(s). Usually super chill and having a fun outing for a treat. No drama.
