Fuck that sucks man. We used 2 x 6 x 12 and i had to chop off 2 1/2 - 3 in so the boards mostly lined up. As you can see I put in 2 screws on each crossboard. Hope it goes easier than my job did! Are you replacing all the boards or just certain, more warped boards than others?

I feel fucking accomplished. It took 6 hours of cutting, and breaking wood, and pulling nails because these nails were an absolute BITCH to remove. The boards were rotting away and we went to Lowe's today to get the wood. Thankfully Mom had a Reciprocating Saw and a Table Saw, that made it easier to get the boards to the right length and cut the old ones out. Fuck me I'm tired though. Using a crowbar and hammer to break wood and remove nails is tiring. When I finished putting that last nail down…

XD. if I were just changing rotors, pads, calipers, or bearings I wouldn't need the hood open at all. Do you actually know how brakes work? One of the lines broke completely allowing all the fluid to drop out. No sense in trying to repair one line, and no sense in only replacing one of the lines, either.
