My attention span has deteriorated severely. In 2009 I could watch 2 films everyday. Today I can't finish 15 minutes even if I am enjoying the film/show. I haven't read in ages but still buy books which just lie around. I cannot focus at all.

Is it a sign of the ages? Too much content-books, movies, videogames? I sometimes get this overwhelming feeling that there is so much to do, and I end up doing nothing. Or worse- Is it aging? I am 35.

Any recommendations? I am looking for adderall/ritalin- reviews on drugs.com make me cry. People write things like I focused like an eagle for 4 hours, or it hit me in an hour and stayed there for 8 good hours after which I slept like a baby. I don't mind pharma at all, and I know I won't build a habit. Any recommendations would be helpful. I am at my wits end. I need to get my mojo back. I can do a lot, I plan great and everyone loves my ideas at work- but I cannot seem to sit down and stay at something.
