I think it changes as you grow older and more experienced. I would definitely have nodded vigorously in agreement with this statement in my late teens, now several decades later I am adamant the reverse is true. The amount of bother one is willing to get one's member moist decreases exponentially with time - and I can't put it down to a reduced libido either.
