No. It's not like r/theredpill. MGTOW is a group of men boycotting relationships and marriage with women in order to protect themselves from the dangers of the gynocentric divorce courts, gynocentric laws, modern Western women, STDs, unwanted pregnancies so we can live happier lives etc...

I just recently subbed to this subreddit. It seems like it’s mostly walking away from the traditional role as the men being the providers due to some societal changes today.
