I get that this is supposed to be a reverse of advices to women on how to avoid rape, right ?

...except that rape is a heavily punished crime - while false accusers only get a slap on the wrist in most cases. So what was supposed to be the same case, but with reversed sexes - does not seem to be alike at all !

That's a good idea, men should stay at home...for a week, two weeks...and civilization will already be at the brink by then. Hell, in two weeks, that'd be enough to have a certain percentage of the population that are solely reliant on men die off because they can't even do simple things like take care of themselves.
