Peaceful life. Am I missing something ?

I’m not the type that really gets lonely. In today’s world, people generally equal problems, drama, or headaches. It’s not 1992, anymore.

If I need to socialize, I just text, call someone, go out on my own, or call up a friend to hang out. No problem.

Ever since I became MGTOW and started my own business, I constantly feel like I’m playing hooky, or that there’s somewhere I need to be, but forgot to go.

Then this panic quickly resides when I realize my life is absolutely blissfully peaceful, and exactly the way I want it.

You probably got a little bit of PTSD now that the veneer of society has been peeled back and you realize that people are off their rockers, and that the world isn't all rainbows.

I've wondered the same thing, it almost seems too good sometimes. So much better than when I was married or being dominated by my feminist mom. You wonder if you're missing something, that maybe when you are older something will catch up to you and make you regret that you didn't suffer for these younger years. But then I look at my father, he has been suffering his whole life, and it's totally because of my mother. He will suffer right into the grave. That man knows almost no peace. He is in his 70s and he still having to slave away from my bitch mother's covetous lifestyle. And why does it seem like every old couple I ever see, it's always the man who is still in pretty good condition, helping along his very feeble and disabled wife. You could very very easily and likely end up as an old man supporting a disabled and entitled wife, in addition to several entitled and worthless children and stepchildren. No, I don't really think we're missing too much, not weighing all of the risks. And even doing our own thing, it's very possible to still have a lot of the benefits of family, relationships, and community when you are going your own way, you just have to be more proactive and intentional about it.

No you dont. Same for me. came to a mgtow life style a bit by necessity. When storms come along, as a man you are on you own and cannot afford spending time and energy on bs, the survival mode takes over and makes the red pill obvious. Then, when back on track, it is difficult not to see how a life of constraints is a source of fear and anxiety more than a source of joy for men. Enjoy your independance. Enjoy your freedom.

Take up meditation, Hindu or Buddhist style. Any religion is fine but those two are more direct. You are skeptical about your peace so you aren’t at peace.&
