Does anyone find that their productivity and motivation is greatly enhanced, as a result of physical exercise?
I find that after 2 - 3 days without hitting the gym, doing an outdoor run, or doing yoga at home (not at a class), I lose my drive.
I've got a 2 hour break this afternoon, so I'm gonna try and go to the gym to do a session of the weights. I normally just do the same full body workout. I don't really do it to build muscle, but more for the mental benefits in terms of increased focus and enhanced motivation.
What kinds of exercise do fellow MGTOW engage in, that boost your mental sharpness?

As your heart rate increases during exercise, blood flow to the brain increases. As blood flow increases, your brain is exposed to more oxygen and nutrients. Exercise also induces the release of beneficial proteins in the brain. Exercise promotes the production of neurotrophins, leading to greater brain plasticity, and therefore, better output, memory and learning.
I found for me, working out helps to solve complex math or engineering or logic problems, or when learning a new language. If you are working in an office, bring some dumbbells to pump or perform some squats at your desk with your body weight. Sometimes if I can't get to a gym, will do that at my desk between compiling. In the valley, doing something like this, with low carbs and intermittent fasting is a way to stay focused for long periods.
