Maybe it's because I am older (I think) than most guys on here, but I really don't understand why some people are so concerned about other people's opinions about their personal lifestyle decisions. I plain don't care. If people have a problem with whether or not I'm married, fuck 'em. I'm sure my parents would like to have had grandchildren, but they know how I feel and they respect it, even if they disagree with it. If they didn't respect it, too bad for them. If I got married and had three kids right away, so many people would tell me I'm doing the "right" thing. But would those same people step up and give me $2,000 per month for daycare expenses? No. $600,000 to pay for college? No. $500 per month for diapers. No. Would they buy me a house when mine got taken away in a divorce? No. But I'm supposed to be chomping at the bit to sign up for that crushing financial obligation? BULLSHIT.

When I was a younger guy I used to just keep a framed photo of a woman on my desk to keep them away.

People would just assume that's my wife or girlfriend, problem solved.

For family members bugging you, claim you are out there looking or tell the truth. Some guys just say they are gay to get people off their back
