women love attention and affection, this is imo why they are more OK with the concept of polyamory. Sure, men want/need sex and they could be OK for a short period of time with a polyamory, but men and women love differently. If a man has a harem, it is just about sex, he would not pretend that a harem is the same thing as a loving relationship dedicated to a single person...while modern women now are trying to convince society that it can be on par with a monogamous relationship, which is ridiculous and no wonder most of them FAIL.

the thing about love is: culture and entertainment are portraying it as something special you share with a special person, so how can it be special if you share love with many people? what gives meaning to things ? the fact that there is something special about them or that you have chosen them, that you invested time and energy in them - that's what makes it special. You can't be this invested in more than 1 partner.

I can't explain it otherwise why it is women who are trying to normalize this type of relationships. Men would have no change to normalize this, the outrage would be immense, objectification of women, just using them for sex, how evil, etc.
