First, thank you all. Wish I had you around before I got married at 24 (and divorced at 28). Luckily, I didn’t get divorce raped too bad because we had no house or kids or significant assets.

Now — Is there really no such thing as an iron-clad pre-nup? In my head there is some legal way to say “what’s mine is actually mine, not fucking yours or even half yours.” Is there really no way? Or would it be too much of a pain if she did contribute financially and you then had to figure out partial ownerships?

Now, I realize 99.999% (repeating) of women would never sign such a pre-nup, but couldn’t it still exist?
