It is a very real condition, but not related to finishing first. It's when a guy can pop his cork before touching the woman, with no stimulation, or, pops his cork within a couple thrusts. If a guy goes about 5 -15 minutes thats normal. Anorgasmia is the other end of the spectrum. The guy can be pumping for an hour or two, maybe more, but never finish. I have the latter problem.
