You do know jugdes routinely throw out prenups because she felt pressured or because she didn't have enough time or what excuse the judge decides on!

I have a question. Why don’t men request a prenup when they want to marry? Especially if they are rich or earning a lot.

Prenups don't work in Australia, they're completely invalid in the eyes of the law.

Prenups are worthless. Judges have too often thrown them out. Also, in order to have a chance at making it stick you have to spend a fortune on lawyers and have it constantly updated in real time.

Once you have kids? It’s next to impossible to enforce a prenup. Judges believe in raping men financially until he’s homeless.

Women today can get alimony, palimony, and child support. How the hell do you still think a prenup has any value?

There are articles online discussing how some law firms won’t offer the service anymore because men have successfully sued the law firm for creating a prenup that has zero value in divorce court. What does this tell you?

The whole reason those even exist is because they fool blue pills, that's it. That is the only reason.

I know because I got in arguments about one and that was their first response. "Oh, just get one of those and you're safe." And the nearest they'd come is acknowledging that if she didn't accept that was a red flag. They wouldn't acknowledge that if she did accept it just meant she knew that agreement meant nothing.

Marriages are bad enough already, being the only contracts I know of which are:

1: Not term limited and require renewal.

2: Can be changed retroactively without your consent.

3: Only enforced against one side.

But then you add illusionary safeguards as well...

Remember, judges are paid off taxpayer dollars. So are single mothers. They'd rather make you pay for the THOT because the alternative is that they cuck themselves instead of you.
