I was looking at the wedding picture that portrayed the husband as nothing more than a genie granting wishes, and I had a stream of consciousness that made me realize something. I was thinking about how the hero in the movie Princess Bride always said the famous phrase "As you wish" when the woman wanted something. As a kid who naively believe in true love and romance, I wanted to be that hero. I wanted "true love." Now that I'm much older and red pilled, I realize the horrible truth. The hero in the movie The Princess Bride was the ultimate SIMP. I don't know if I will ever be able to enjoy that movie again after today.
