I've noticed there are a significantly high number of women in church. The demographics span from those who are married to the spinsters to the single mothers. Few guys, if any.

Is it just me or have you also realized that many of these people wish and pray for a blessing to find a job/car/job/money/relationship/job?

Men understand that Employment-Santa isn't coming to bestow them with a handout of work without some sweat equity behind it (ie. He has a degree, skills, ambitious attitude, etc). So why do women feel someone should just give them these things?

Do they not realize everyone can't get a decent paying job if they didn't have a skill or degree to offer a potential employer? Rarely have I seen someone with trade skills or a college degree look so downtrodden in the pews.

Most of the ones I'm referring to with this plight just slugged their way through life, hoping others would come through with some sort of hook-up.
