You're wrong...wrong....wrong. MGTOW don't promote hatred, pump and dump or anything of that sort. You need to ask yourself what the definition of promotion is. This is a voluntary subreddit. You don't have to join. Therefore, if you decide to do so, you do so with the full awareness of the context. That means we don't promote anything. People join up. Secondly, pump-n-dump is promoted by r/theredpill community far more than here. Yes, there are some TRP who cross over from there to here, and some of the context does as well. That doesn't mean the overarching message of MGTOW is female hatred and pump-n-dump.

MGTOW is about NOT doing any of that whatsoever. It's focusing on self improvement, not spending all day bashing women and sexualizing them. Alot of MGTOW aren't celibate, but they don't chase women around looking for sex either. They travel, they start businesses, or go sailing. It's what you fill your day with that matters. If sex should happen, it's because a woman chooses that man for casual sex, and not vice versa. But in the culture of #metoo, even consensual sex can be questionable.

MGTOW community spreads awareness that being male in this modern world carries stigma that can have negative consequences on men even if the intent was good. Whether you disagree with one post or another, this sub has done more good for men without bringing down the feminist movement. MGTOW don't go to feminist marches and websites demanding changes and shaming them. We have no interest in that. We let them have their free speech. As long as it doesn't infringe upon ours.

the way I see it that there are as many ways to approach MGTOW as there are subscribers.

some like to have contact with women, others prefer monk mode. so you will have a lot of different opinions about things. and it is all fine. know the risks, choose your way.

IMO MGTOW is not prescription, but description. in other words it describes phenomenom, but does not give ultimatums (you must do this to be X). you are free to live your life as you like

If you can't beat em, join em. You'll never know who or how many men she has spread her legs open for before in the past before you knew her, therefore why commit to any woman? Pump & dump is more viable & feasible than putting a ring on it. At least you can stay safe with a condom, you can't stay safe with an engagement ring.

I think the most important thing to do is to take away marriage and all its benefits away from women. So if you're not going to marry 'em, then fuck 'em. That's all women are good for anyway.

A lot of that goes on in this sub is a reaction to the situation. MGTOW is not the cause of anything, it's the result of a lot of other things. Pump n dump, usually humorous, is just a way to vent.

I don't hate women and I certainly don't care who they sleep with. Indeed, I would consider it a great thing if slut shaming were a thing of the past. I also recognize it's usually women who do the slut shaming.

My guess is that some of us still have too let go of our delusions about fidelity. We sort of had this grandiose idea of how a woman would make us happy, and how you could keep her all to yourself, as if she were yours.

These expectations make us miserable. The challenge is really to let go of the resentments, do that and the problem corrects itself (for a time... those resentments always seem to return grrrr)

I have no problem with sluts, I just wouldn't want to marry one. Men can choose to pump and dump, women can choose to be sluts, and everyone will ultimately live with the consequences of their own choices. The way you frame the question suggests that men have an obligation to help women not to be sluts. That's you thinking like a woman. Women are adults and they have to take responsibility for their own choices in life. Your argument is like saying that vineyards cause alcoholism, while ignoring the fact that everyone has a choice whether to drink wine at all, and if so whether to be a light, medium or hard drinker.
