I became part of mgtow after 3 ltrs where i got dumped and cheated on out of nowhere. I tried to look for answers.

I gave unconditional love, trust, made time for activities, had good looks and a promising career.

However for some reason the same thing would repeat each time, theyd start getting distant and the fool of me ofcourse just thinks theyre just busy, its ok if they dont talk to me for weeks. Eventually i get curious and check up, they got a new guy already.

I blamed myself, never got closure or a reason why they had to find someone else. I tried really hard to see where i fucked up, because them looking for someone else was in essence my fault right?

Thats when i came across the red pill and everything made sense. I didnt need to analyze anything anymore to understand why i got dumped and cheated on.

And after the red pill, the idea of women and relationships turn me off to the point where id gladly just go my own way. A life without women

Since then ive never felt so happy and genuinly love myself. I especially love this community Theres a lot of people here with different stories. Some got divorce raped to no end, some got false rape accused, some never had a women, some got cheated on, but even tho everyone has a different story, we can all relate to eachother because we as men can actually emphetise

Go full MGTOW. I would honestly just lose my virginity to a prostitute. I did when I was 17. I thought it was a shameful thing because society think it is but in reality your not missing out on anything if you didn’t lose it via “paying a slut”.

I suggest u lose that virginity and get that out of your system, work on your career and go out there and enjoy life.

I'm much older than average here. And I look back on nothing but repeating cycles with women basically trashing my life every time.

If you want a good life, the best way to get it, is just avoid women every way possible.

Any dependency on women for anything is a recipe for disaster.

MGTOW = Men Go Their Own Way

By going MGTOW you are refusing to play the game known as marriage and Long Term Relationships.

In the old days, a man gave resources (money, house cars, etc.) in exchange for sex and kids from women. (I know this may sound bad from an outsider perspective, I know it sounded sexist to me as first but I realize that was a fair exchange. In this day and age you are guaranteed nothing.)

Here we learn about female nature aka the Red Pill and that a woman would leave if she senses she can get a better partner. You have been told a lie that a woman would love for the rest of your life regardless of what you do for her. She is never single always looking for someone better, and that she isn't yours, it's just your turn and soon someones else. In these days of Thottery, many women think they can get their brains served in their 20's out by Chads or Tyrone aka the Football star, bad boys, etc. Then "settle down" with some "beta" as a retirement plan when they hit 30. They will never bee attracted to you the way they saw those 'bad boys'. They will use sex as a way to hook you into marriage then stop when you actually do, that is why r/DeadBedrooms exist. All those men with wifes unattracted to them.

Since you are in your early 20's you have a high sex drive so you have options

Lift, get buff and try there
sex dolls (Not the same but I heard they do well) no shame
Porn

Find hobbies, the amount of money you will have will amaze you if spent on girls

Don't be 'friends' they will get fucked by Chad while you are there being their emotional tampon and don't buy things for them again they will use your high sex drive against you and dangle it like a carrot in front of you.

The 'nice girls' don't exist, what you see it a facade and will go away once married as they are no longer legally forced to.

I accidentally found MGTOW by it being referenced on a forum looking up ways to increase my appearance as I myself am still young.

I consider myself (and you should too) grateful I found about it before marriage or LTR to spare me the heartbreak and financial problems, others had to learn the hard way through divorce. Some don't even learn.

When getting into this you need to understand the RedPill and female nature as you have been told a lie about women

marriage is a scam, MGTOW is all about doing what ever you want as long you aren't cohabitating with women and fathering children.

Some MGTOW use TRP in order to get women, others go for escorts, and others are going monk all the way.

I believe that if you are bottom 50% in terms of attraction, it will be better to go escorts in advance and save you self the trouble.

MGTOW is mainly about building your individuality, women are just another reason to do so. The reason why we talk a lot about them, it’s because we live in a feminize society, so we can tear off the female mindset ingrained in our minds, by repetition of the same blue pilled b.s since we were children. Just embrace who you are as men, as a male, as yourself, and yes you should try out women, just for the experience you know, just don’t do anything crazy like marrying, but have a girlfriend (for a while), afterwards your resolutions will do nothing more than grow pretty big, unless you turned into a cuck, but if you’re already here, well I have faith and good hopes for you. MGTOW is not a vow of celibacy. You can have a relationship with a woman. However, MGTOW is teaching you about the nature of women and how to protect yourself as much as possible, in addition to teaching you to value yourself and invest in yourself. You are the prize for women. You won't see that quite yet because you are 20. But your value will go up from here until you are in your 40s. Women's value will start to go down from 20. Women peak in their teens and drop from there. Men start low and improve. You need to use this time to improve yourself. Learn a skill. Make money. Save money dont spend it frivolously. Invest. Working out is a must. Go to the gym. Hang out with people you want to emulate. You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Are you spending time with losers or people who are investing in themselves and working hard? As with women, have a relationship if you want, but do not move in together and do not marry. Wait until you are at least in your 30s. Thats it for now.

What is MGTOW exactly? Is it just refusing to get close and supporting women because it is seen as not worth it or is it something more, like organizing oneself and getting more enjoyment out of life as a result?

A life philosophy that states that happiness is not found outside of yourself - living a life in service to the approval of society or the other gender is not going to be a fulfilling one.

What would be some advice you could give to a 20 year old male? I am a virgin, I never even held a girl's hand before let alone kissed one. Should I even bother trying to find a nice girl to marry or should I just go full MGTOW?

Do as you will, but read up on the consequences of dating and marriage so you can make an informed decision if you want to do so. Many MGTOW still enjoy casual relations. Almost none approve of anything long term, especially when it involves marriage or legal marriage. The main gripe with that is the imbalance in how people are treated when those relations inevitably break, men are treated like ATMs, and women like victims - despite women being the instigators of such breakups, in general.

And how did you guys decide to become part of MGTOW, your stories and how it turned out for you.

Just read back in the sub if you're curious, there's plenty of "I went MGTOW because..." kind of topics available. Just search around a bit.
