If you like to hike, Corsica has multiple hiking trails that crisscross the Island. Anything from a few hours to a two weeker that run the length of the island.

I don't how cheap you want it to be or what you consider "views" but the north Georgia/Tennessee mountains are beautiful. Hundreds of trails and waterfalls that are all free. Restaurants and groceries are super cheap too. I've stayed at numerous Airbnb places that were $20-$30/night and less. The fun to cost ratio is very high.
