I straight up recorded when I have sex. I’ve just used my phone’s video or my GoPro on a tripod.

And I don’t even have sex with anyone right now.

I actually started doing this at a feminist’s request.

Because I used to date some who were very into hardcore rape play. And they wanted to watch their “rape” and see what it was like.

And I’ve been recording my encounters ever since. No video, no fucking. That’s the rule.

There’s not even any of that consent part, just a HD recording of the disgusting things I do that, and haven’t had to do that this year since I went monk.

Now some will tell you about recording consent and one party state laws about recordings, etc.

My logic is this, if I wasn’t overtly recording, I’m much happier being charged with “illegally” recording something I was doing, than her lies about rape, and I doubt I would be found guilty by a jury recording a know liar where I can prove it wasn’t whatever lies she’s telling.

I have heard of this type of crap being basicaly thrown out of court and like an invasion of privacy. But I have also done this at least I can prove to people with a little bit of a brain it was consensual.

You had better spend the $100 consulting fee for a local lawyer (and remember if you travel the laws can change on venue) to see what is and what is not legal in doing this (with or without consent, voice recording, porn laws, etc.).

You don't want to have the evidence to vindicate you only for it to be throw out of court because of local laws making what you did illegal.

Let me tell you a real story. I was actually summoned to court for conversations I had. 500$ an hour lawyer. So far it is been a $20,000 bill. Protect yourself at all cost. Protection is an investment. I use a separate recorder now.

I readed that just audio recording means nothing because you may have forced her to say so, you actually need both audio and video to gain some leverage.

Ofc you will have to be processed for recording that but it's still less problematic than dealing with a rape accusation.

The best choice is to avoid getting laid. Sadly it's true.
