Red pill rage is the anger you may get after learning you were playing by rules that are against your interest.

Let me put it this way.

Let’s say when you were a kid, someone told you that with every paycheck you get, you’re supposed to take half and burn it in your fireplace and you believed it.

So for 40 years, every two weeks you burn half your money. You’re a little annoyed but not really. You understand that this is what everyone does. You don’t know why but you think there’s a good reason.

Eventually, you talk to someone and this paycheck burning comes up. The guy you’re talking to says you’re crazy and that no you don’t have to burn your money.

That night you reflect on the decades of money you earned and burned and what you could have done with it all because some asshole when you were young and impressionable told you so.

This is where the rage comes in.

The rage is from being deceived by society, and realizing you were groomed to be a drone. It’s the realization that your worldview is shattered and you wasted countless hours and capital on a game that was rigged. But, it will transition into the drive required to self actualize and understand the world for what it is. You won’t let the things you understand and cannot change negativity affect your emotional state anymore, and you’re liberated.

I think RPR also encompasses a genuine hatred for women. Like me. I hate women. I'm definitely a mysogynist and I am proud of this fact. Fuck women. They are nothing more than holes for conquering. Heck - If it wasn't going to get me locked away, I might be seducing women just to strangle them to death on the reg.

My anger was caused by being totally powerless to stop someone stealing everything of value from me. It converts to rage when you find out that the society that you believed was there to protect you is the one encouraging and supporting it.
