Well got almost a overdose of red pills at work this week. Got laid off/ suspended for creating a ‘toxic’ work environment according to the wimins in HR. Not bad as I have worked pretty much every day since June. However why I am suspended is bay shit crazy.

I work in the environmental services industry and normally am working with men and everything goes great. However we were contracted out by a PhD professor to complete some sampling and other work in the forest.

This PhD guy has this female 30 yo masters student who oversees our work.

Anyways this chick is useless and literally every single day we are working she would have a major fuck up. Examples. Losing equipment, showing up to the woods 50km away without equipment, poor sampling practices, getting the maps mixed up and just being a complete cunt to me and the other workers. Even though WE are doing HER job. And do it better than she could ever.

So, Monday I had enough of her complaining and bitching while she sat in the truck because it was raining all day and I tore her a new one (verbally). I’m 24 btw. And this women who is 30 starts crying and reports me to my management.

Update: got an email saying return to work next week and to apologize to the woman for hurting her feelings with visible facts. I guess they realized they can’t fire me cause their project will go to shit haha my buddy said this week without me was a complete shit show. I should ask for a raise!
