Start tracking your calories before weight loss. ALL of them. Practice drinking 2L - 4L of water a day. Start by doing a 500 calorie deficit eating the same foods. Gradually introduce healthy homecooked meals that are cheap. (Getting rid of fast foods etc) Increase the deficit, keep tracking. Profit. DO it slowly and the skin shouldn't be too bad. Use Flipp.com, look online for deals. When you find a decent deal, get together some freezer space and tupperware. I'd recommend getting a glass set of tupperware. Go grab the deal, cook up a huge batch of food, make sure you measure everything reasonably depending on your goal (cutting or bulking). Try to make the meals as cheap as possible but still decent. I think this week alone I managed to scrape together 16 meals for roughly $5 a meal (the meal would last me all day as well).
