This is a kind of unique question. My main source of income comes from mentoring people for Lyft (basically i'm the guy you have to meet before you can become a lyft driver). Its extemely profitable and I get to talk to a lot of new people every day. I'm into real estate investing (own 1 property, working on more, constantly read about it and am a member of biggerpockets). Every now and then i'll meet someone whos a former investor/former big time real estate agent/property manager etc. They will often give me their number and tell me to hit them up if they want to talk real estate.

Now i'm used to hitting people up to go to the bar, go to a concert or drink- i'm not used to "networking". What do I do if I want to meet and further the conversation? Go out to lunch? coffee? I know this question sounds dumb but I seriously need help. I don't want these opportunities to go to waste.
