women need to start having equal responsibilities with those equal rights...

women must register for the draft at 18 just like men.
women are 50.8% of the population so they need to pay 50.8% of all tax revenues.
women need to face automatic 50/50 custody and visitation, not 60% primary or sole custody, 30% shared, and 10% no custody
alimony needs to be eliminated entirely
each parent's child support obligation should be auditable to verify it's being spent on the child, as well as each parent being required to cover half, and even then, should be capped at the scaled amount based on the childs age ($250k is the official # from the US gov on the cost to raise a child from 0-18).
women need to be not let off of criminal charges drastically easier than men. a mother having children is no more justification for her not being incarcerated for crimes than a father having children.
cut all the bullshit extra stuff for women... no more female-only scholarships or grants, automatic preference in gov contracts using taxpayer dollars for women owned businesses, no more female-only domestic shelters

you will never have equality until women are equally responsible.
