I use a separate browser for reddit (Opera private mode with the free VPN).

Every subreddit I use is on the bookmark toolbar so I've never dealt with this issue.

Used to do that to me in some subreddits for r/kubera. In other subreddits, it would appear normally. It's odd shit, and either indicates an attempt gone wrong on the programming side of Reddit to alter certain parameters for certain users, or it's just an innocent bug. I've never had it affect me for r/MGTOW, though.

Anyways, unless they changed some parameters since, then simply unsubscribing from a couple other subreddits I wasn't visiting anyhow was enough to completely fix the issue.
