Congratulations, you took the first step towards freedom which is taking the red pill and now you know how laws and society were created to manupulate and slave you to fulfill their needs while nobody cares shit about you. Now you may feel a little lost thinking "what do I do next?" like I did. Yeah, that's a normal question because all your life you lived doing what people wanted you to do and now it's the first time in your life that you're actually making your own decisions.

I decided to create these posts suggesting what you can do to in this new beginning to set your mind straight and then built your empire. Yeah, I'm only suggesting you, you're the one who decides if what I'm saying can be helpful to you and IF you want to follow those tips.

1° Accept what you learnt about women after taking the redpill - After taking it, you'll definetely feel rage. That's completely understandable since you just found out that you're played like a puppet your whole life and while heard that you had privileges.

Let all this rage out, you have the right to go to the gym and hit those sandbags until your hands hurt or post all day that women are bitches, yeah, that's true, but the rage phase was NOT supposed to last forever. Accept that:

*Law protects women and they don't care about you

*All women are like that and even if there were unicorns, they all get the benefits from the law

*You're disposable (if not, why can police put you in jail just because someone said so?)

*Marriage is a trap/mafia to take all you've built in years to keep the economy running (Ask yourself who spend most of the money on useless stuff?

*Taxes are taken from men to support women

*It's happening in the whole world

*Women has the option to abort the kid just in case you don't have money to be taken from her.

*In some countries married men have to ask women's permission to get a vasectomy (my body, your rules?)

Accept those things, rage and move on.

2° Know thyself - You can't move on with your life without knowing first about yourself. I suggest meditation before starting any project because by doing it, you can find things that you always wanted to do but never could because you had to support pussies... Meditation can be challenging and boring in the beginning so I suggest that you look for "guided meditations" on youtube, someone will be guiding you telling what to do/think until you get used to the process. You can start with 15 minutes and increase whenever you want to.Try these questions during meditation:

a) Why I wanted to get married before?

b) What weaknesses do I have that could be used by women to make me go back to plantation/to take advantage of me?

c) What do I always wanted to do? (sports, studies, books, musics, movies, hobbies, work)

I always take notes after meditating to all the questions I ask myself. It helps me to remind what I want and why I chose this path.

3° Starting a new project - You know the truth about women, you know things you always wanted to do and now it's time to achieve these goals. Before starting any long/short project, you have to make plans. They'll help you to see exactly where you are and where do you want to go and not just that, it helps you during the process to make sure you're doing things the way you wanted to in order to reach it.

a) Plan

*Set a goal

*Think about how long you maight take to reach it (try not to achieve long term goals in a short time, it might make you frustrated if you don't achieve it)

For example: Building a big company may take a few years (Maybe 10), losing weight might take around (6 months), getting muscles my take between 6~12months.

*Try to think about all you might need to achieve that goal

(If you want to travel on December, you'll have to save money, get a passport, check prices from hotels and the flyght) - just a few examples.

*Accountability - you have to create a speadsheet to make notes from time to time to check if you're closer to that goal.

(if you want to lose weight, you might want to check your numbers every week to notice any changes - you can create it in this phase, but for now you're just on plan phase.)

*Create short motivational triggers. Reaching your goal is where you'll get the highest level of motivation, but trying to reach small goals during the process might help you to keep motivated too.

*Create calendars showing what you intend to achieve during week 1, 2, etc.

*Set a specific day of the week to check how you're doing.

b) Organize - You planned what you want to do and what will help you to reach that, not you have to organize everything do you don't get lost.

* Use your agenda to note all you want to do that day. Try to spend more time doing your projects and treat them as if you were about to become the most important man of all time for reaching that goal. DO NOT think like this "I'm gonna do those thigs and IF I have some time left, I'll do that thing I planned to reach". Nope, You can't do it! No, you gotta give all you have to reach it, these are your goals, dreams, you gotta give yourself to it until you feel so tired that you can't go back to bed.

* Organize your stuff in accessible places and not where you might forget about them. If you took it, put it back after using it. Clean your spot after using it. Respect the place where you work/study and your books because they are gonna help you to reach all you want.

*Divide and conquer: Try to achieve small tasks, they will keep you motivated and closer to your final goal.

c) Direct - You planned what you want to do, organized all your tasks and now it's time to work hard to achieve it.

*Try not to skip your tasks

*Sometimes it might be a good idea to take a break, play video games, take a shower or eat something. It'll help you to relax and when it comes to games, you'll feel more creative and focused when you go back to work.

*Try to switch tasks. (if you have to study and answer question, try to study a little and answer questions from those topics to make sure you understood it and after that, study a little more and repeat)

* If you want to lose weight for example, now it's time to workout, eat healthier and note all your result on that spreadsheet I mentioned before

d) Control - Here you'll check if you're reaching your goals or making mistakes

*Remember that spreadsheet you were making notes? In a specific day of the week you'll check it to see if you're really saving the money you should, if you are doing well on what you're learning, if you're losing weight (Oh, you don't have the money you wanted?, failed the exams or gained more weight? Something is not right... You have to go back to PLAN and check what mistakes you made, once you find them, try to fix and repeat all the process. (it's a constant cicle)

*Did you make mistakes for making wrong plans or for struggling to keep doing them?

*Why did you struggle? Should you create smaller tasks?

*If you succeeded, can you work harder or that would make you struggle?

*If you succeeded, congratulations, use that as a motivation to keep going, if you struggled, don't let that make you sad, use that experience to adapt and then keep going.

Final thoughts: Those are a few management tecniques that companies usually use to achieve their goals (of course it more complex in their case), I tried my best to addapt them to our MGTOW reality, those tips may change depending on what your goals are, but that's the main idea I suggest you guys to follow to have an objective view and complete control of your plans. I hope these small tips help you on your development. I think in the future I might create other posts dividing each one of these topics but I think that's all for today. If you want to share tips, they are welcome and don't forget to share your goals on r/MGTOW to inspire others.
