In my dorm, there are a few asians and blacks. As far as i know from a living perspective the dorm get surplus money for allowing international students so that's a plus. If you can get scolarship you'll have a good life most likely. Even if you don't the standard fee for a semester (STEM) is 250-300K huf or 850-1100$ (USD).
