Went on a date last night with a really attractive lady who has multiple degrees and going for a doctorate. I'm college educated and make good money but the problem is I pay child support for 3 kids. I give my ex half my after tax income. I guess it didn't take long for her to understand my situation when I told her I had 3 kids, pay child support, and live in an apartment and don't travel.... Hmmm this guy has no money ! What a loser. Low and behold i ended the date an hour and a half in. Texted her the next day id like to see her again... Even knowing that she's kinda or of my league. Got a response that I was a nice guy but didn't have much in common... Why do I torture myself with dating? What woman would want me in my situation? Should I just stop dating completely and give up resigned to my diminished status as a defeated single dad?
