The majority of men in tech seem to fall into two categories:

virgin basement dwellers. These ones fantasise about finding a female programmer who falls in love with them. If only the other nasty men would be nice then all the women who are definitely out there would join their geeky clubs and naturally fall in love with them because they are such great programmers.
married to "the one". These ones are the "lucky" ones who found one woman and fell in love with her. Their unconditional love means they don't see any flaws in their woman and don't even look at other women sexually. They haven't been blackpilled yet. They basically have no experience with women because they only see one woman through the rosiest of glasses.

The redpilled ones are in such a minority that they keep quiet about any feminist bullshit because arguing about it would probably cost them their job.

The truth is there are no women doing Linux because they don't want to and wouldn't be good at even if they were forced to. Does anyone really believe there are women out there who really want to be programming but instead waste hours and hours of their time every day doing something else because men use harsh language on the mailing lists?

The men in tech should be the most logical people out there, but logic goes out the window when pussy is involved. We just haven't reached a redpilled majority yet.

Linus Torvalds himself? was "dismissive" of it, as in, he gave it ten seconds in his big talk, and said it wasnt the big fight everyone makes it out to be.

Linus said "flame wars" were "normal" on the INSIDE of linux. which sounds like any "in house family discussion" to me. but what do i know.

Doing a bit of googling. The transgender person that wrote this is named "Coraline Ada Ehmke". She is known for such accomplishments as filing bug reports against software for having transphobic developers on the team

She worked at GitHub for 1 year. She was hired because GitHub wanted a diversity consultant. She was fired after that one year. "Thursday and Friday were not good days. I had a lot of trouble focusing. I was making simple mistakes and in some cases doing the wrong work. " So GitHub offered her time off and put her on a "performance improvement plan".

In my opinion, this alone makes it clear why this person hates meritocracies. If you can't win on your own merit, just kill off the winners!

Reviewing Coraline's contributions to the open source world, the only thing I see is spamming this document / meritocraciy stuff month after month. Not seeing much code, functionality, or bug squashing being written by this person.

Remember, marriage & divorce rape are FAR from the only ways that women (and feminists, socialists, other -ists & SJW's) use & abuse the system to lay their hands on "cash & prizes"...

ANY large pile of cash or other assets is a potential target.

Think about it: control over the "fruits" of Torvald's entire life work has now been usurped, and handed over to SJW's -- the foundation apparently has over $5Billion in assets -- and will now be used to an end that is arguably far WORSE than if it had been a private fortune lost to some bimbo-thot in a divorce.

The linux foundation is a separate organization from the organization that makes the linux kernel. They're using linux's name to get money to push the SJW agenda
