A robbery involves stealing something from someone using a spoken or implied threat of harm. It would be just “theft” , not robbery.

Implied threat of divorce or cheating if he doesn't comply?
[–]termitefads0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That wasn’t really said in it

I was about to post this same thing.
I did 4 years for robbery’s when I was 19, so I unfortunately Am familiar with it down to the criminal code (canada) 343(b). And actually as a good example: one of the robbery’s was on a gas station my friend worked at. I asked him if I could rob him and split the money and he just told me don’t ever mention it again he didn’t wanna know anything about anything. So a few months later when I actually did it, he didn’t technically know. In fact, he told the police the person was black (im v. White). Because of all those factors, the cops were trying to say he knew about it, and my lawyer told me I should go along with it because if I said we had planned it, there would have been no threat, therefore no intimidation = theft. I obviously didn’t agree to it and got a 6 year sentence but I’m a pro social, community involved business owner now. 👮🏻♂️🚔🚨

This is not accurate... the judge should be a strong independent woman.
[–]Dawnguards19 points20 points21 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
strong=masculine

Sometimes, but more often they are old white-knight men who give far lighter sentences cos they're delicate wimins.

How does one draw the "independent" part?
Dyed hair, surrounded by fatherless kids, overweight?
[–]cobaltcolander26 points27 points28 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Only if the wife is using the husband's money.
I assume people have separate accounts, in this age of strong wymyns.

She can still get lines of credit in your name. My fathers first wife bought a new car in his name without his consent. He took the car and drove it himself.

Yeah.
The "Her" account.
and the "Ours" account.
[–]CursingWhileNursing4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
And that is the catch 22 here. Because by definition, his money is her money and thus, she can't steal from him.
[–]meltboro25 points26 points27 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Damn, thats a good point

I don't see how the two are related. This kind of stuff is still considered theft fraud or identity theft, even if they are married (which is why shared accounts are a bad idea unless it's just like a mutual savings account for like, vacations together) both of these acts are bad.
You can't argue that it's okay to rape your wife man, that isn't what MGTOW is about. Not taking no for an answer or respecting boundaries is degenerate behaviour. That's exactly what makes a lot of women shitty, they don't respect material or physical boundaries.

I agree. I don't want to be with women any more, but that doesn't mean I don't want to treat them like human beings either.
[–]Fairyliquid691 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Same. Plus it just proves the feminists right and they are smug fuckers. Don't wanna give em cake and let them eat it too

Yep. We don't want to get banned as a hatespeech sub.

I've always ask, when it comes to married couples where only the man works, why is it our money but her pussy?
[–]JamesLucratif0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I've stated too and meant it divorce and breakup should be considered attempted manslaughter or homicide do to the psychological impact
