The saddest part is Ol' Jimmies new perspective on life... He has done a 180. I used to consider him a funny dude. His new approach is a little too submissive.

He's gone full liberal

He’s always been liberal. His most famous first bit is about gun control.
[–]Shimakaze436 points37 points38 points 7 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Sadly yes he's always been left wing, although I do like his stand up, his show just craps on about how bad Trump is. It gets boring after a while, much like John Oliver. His first season was quite good, it went after real injustices in America, now it's just hurrr durr Trump bad hurrrr...eh boring.
[–]mattmanoblot42020 points21 points22 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Durrrr Trump is Literally Hitler CNN told me so!!!!

[–]Just4yourpost3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
His show on FX was surprisingly red-pilled when it came to gender, though.
Now, he's swallowed the Comedy Central problematic pill.
[–]HotBrownLatinHotCock1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yea leave that to colbert
[–]massy5258 points9 points10 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah in his last standup he literally dedicates 30 minutes to his views on gun control. He actually says you can turn off the special at this point because I'm just going to talk about politics now.
I no longer view his content.

What happens to people where they go from wise to willfully ignorant?
[–]AussieBloke71122 points23 points24 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
I thought he had lost his touch too. Especially with clips of his new show. Nevertheless I went to his show in Melbourne last month and my god, he really thrives when Comedy Central doesn’t keep him political and tv friendly
[–]User-31f64a4e9 points10 points11 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I thought he had lost his touch too.
I wouldn't be surprised if success does that to comedians, by essentially removing them from the lives and concerns of ordinary people. When they are living in a garret eating ramen noodles cooked on a hotplate, they are in touch with the what everyone else experiences. When they have a mansion in Bel Aire and another in the South of France, not so much.
[–]newstartinvegas1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I’m really happy to hear that. I knew he had to filter himself for the larger audience (international tv and such)
[–]blobulator10 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
This is great news... I loved the Jim of old and if he still exists I would be glad to watch him
[–]1984canuckland12 points13 points14 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
He's a sellout. Sold his soul to the devil like all famous ppl must do in order to stay relevant. Now he just pushes liberal Marxist ideology
[–]TigPlaze1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Does he sell liberal ideology or Marxist ideology? The two are not the same thing. In fact they're ideologies in opposition to one another. In the German Reichstag, the liberals and the Marxists were so far apart, they could not even agree in order to oppose Hitler's Nazis.
[–]king_of_da_burgerz0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
He's basically just a late show host now, constantly taking the piss out of Trump.
[–]NPC8080 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
he's a cuck
[–]The-sleep-of-reason0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
He's bullshit. I thought he was funny but his game plan was clearly to rip off real red-pilled comics, and then slowly wind it in as he inveigled his way in to La-La Land. C'mon Jimbo, do the old routine about your microphone being a dick called Mohammed on your lefty TV show...

Lol I hated my previous job and I was dating this girl at the time who I got bored of. Wanted her to leave me but back then didn't have the balls to do it since she was sweet and I felt bad. I did spin other plates though.
Everytime I told her I want to quit and start my own business, she'd say it is too risky and that I should keep a job and not have dreams of making it big. Marry and settle down, bla bla. One day I said fuck it and quit my well paying job (I was making around 100K+ USD a year + benefits).
Few months later she breaks it off with me and marries this guy who was working and making OK money. I was ecstatic that she is gonna leave but didn't portray this to her. And yes, her move proved the point that AWALT. She said we can be friends. I said nah. Too much maintenance. She tells her new hubby about her past and he tells her to cut off all ties with her past (friends too).
All this, While I am hustling left and right. Business kicks off. Puts my net worth to more than a couple MIL as I managed to score a big government contract. She hears about it and gets in touch. I asked her that she should listen to her hubby and stop calling me. Tells me she doesn't have any friends left and is bored. Her husband is never home. Bla bla bla. I said yeah not my problem. Don't call me.
She then decides to get a baby thinking it will keep the marriage intact. Nope. Doesn't. She is even more lonely and using her kid to fill the hole in her life. Also turns out the guy lied about making OK money. Barely making ends meet.
She gets word I'm financially well off now. Gets in touch again. Keeps asking how much I make. Etc. Let's meet. 😂
Fuck this shit. Dodged that bullet, all right.
GYOW guys. It's totally worth it. Needless to say, I do fuck every now and then but kick them out the moment the night is up.

I had A similar Situation , my first ex cheated on me , I broke up with her blah blah blah .
While we dated though I was in the same line of work as her pops, she told me how much he made.... Everybody is pressuring me to marry this girl and she mentions it a few tiems. I'm pretty adamant that I won't marry someone until I can support us both comfortably. I had every intention to marry her , I just wasn't gonna do it and then be struggling to take care of two people when I could barely take care of myself while taking her on dates.
About 2 years after we break up we meet for Dinner. I'd started a weight loss program and looked good, discovered TRP and was getting neck deep in my manwhore phase and felt good, and then I'd just recently started a new job . She told me how much her dad made once and I make more than he did at that time .
That dinner was amusing . She was dropping lots of hints ' I thought I'd be married by now" , She apologized because " I didn't realize how much you truly id for me " , I enjoyed seeing her eyes get big when I said " I don't really think I'll ever get married now " .
My favorite part was when I told her abut my new job and how I liked it . I was determined not to tell her how much I make and just allude to it . I actually was making nearly 3 times what my hourly wage was when we started dating . She asked me If I was getting paid more and I told her that the new place couldn't have paid me anything less .
It was a super satisfying dinner. It was the first time I witnessed how dating and all that get harder for a woman with time .
Her family used to look down on me , she was a princess in her own mind ( which I helped perpetuate) , when I was fat everyone marveled and gasped at how pretty she was and how lucky I was to have her ( she was fat too , she just carried it well) . To in one dinner have her hoist her " Save me" flags and be at a place in my life where I didn't want anything more to do with her was fantastic .
Men are long term investments, something short term thinkers like women can't appreciate and our current culture completely overlooks.
[–]TheTastelessBatman2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Man, that is amazing to hear. God bless you. You dodged that bullet. Really happy for you. Mine had the same response when I told her marriage ain't for me anymore, neither do I want kids.
It's amazing how women always help each other out and try to find you a partner to settle down with. Gay af.
Just keep your head up. Do what you gotta do and GYOW.

[–]TheTastelessBatman4 points5 points6 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Initially, I was working as the Chief Digital Executive at the F1 track here.
Got bored. Quit. Got into Venture Capital, Investments and Agency brokerage.
[–]cofogo1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Hey there, I know this post is from a long time ago but I just discovered MGTOW and this sub. Im in my first year of college but am lost as where I want to go with my life. I do know that a stable financial income is necessary. What exactly is venture capital and agency brokerage. How would someone get into that field and what qualifications are advised?
[–]TheTastelessBatman1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Welcome to the club brother man. You're always welcome here to ask any questions.
My advice would be to aim to do what you enjoy. Trust me. You can always get into venture capital and agency brokerage even if you studied IT or what not.
If you're not sure what to do, then do Business Admin. It will expand your options and then you can select the field you like best. If you don't want to risk the money, take a break from uni and work in a few companies. See what's up. I was hell bent about getting into IT but one job at the bank was enough to change my mind. Just follow the course MAN. I am sorry if I didn't help much. I'm just between cities and have been up for 48 hours so the brain is almost dead. Sorry bro.
[–]cofogo0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
just replying is more than enough! funny enough i am a business admin major so ill stay on track!

Used to like him until he got that the night show and become another trump hating npc. Plus he is pro circumcision on babies that can’t consent but bet he’s anti female circumcision
Consent matters unless it’s a males consent

I like george carlin and bill burr. Any other similar recommendations?
[–]Dragofireheart33 points34 points35 points 7 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Men need to either:
Raise their standards.
Go MGTOW
[–]shetoldmeto8011 points12 points13 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I think men need to epically raise their standards.
Refrain from putting your dick in random holes gentlemen ! Vet them, scrutinize them, just as they scrutinize you before you even consider it.
[–]Dragofireheart4 points5 points6 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
yup.
and if she goes full bitch then dump her
[–]verynormalsimple1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
When men start having standards is when societies fall below the replacement rate and civilizations decline... oh wait

Small tip for married men that live in "divorce rape" states/countries:
work LESS than your wife, invest in man only things, get it easy in life and enjoy it, use money to get a proper education, invest in your hobbies and skills and don't rush ahead
If the time of a "divorce rape" comes, you're income will be less than your wife's, most of your "assets" will be personal skills that will help you start a business or restart your life after the shitty divorce is over.
Also, with a lower income, or preferably no income, the divorce courts will have to give YOU a share of HER money and future income :D.
Remember this, at the time of the divorce, BE BROKE! Or at least make less money than your wife. Once the papers are done, and YOU get to get money from her, wait a bit and go ahead make a business or get a nice job.
She will have to fight years and years to stop paying you money, and you could simply NOT get a job and remain "dependent" of her money... and just live the life.
I hear that fishing in Canada is a great outdoor activity, with plenty of lakes, great outdoor areas where men can enjoy an adventurous life and have plenty of fun.
Also, US have some absolutely gorgeous fishing lakes.... all you need is a last-generation boat and some ultra-high quality equipment, fishing sonars, rods...
Hunting or a safari sounds expensive too... ;)

Male strippers are laughed at and not taken seriously. Women would generally rather look at naked women than naked men.
[–]massy5259 points10 points11 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I remember there was an AMA from a women's club DJ. He said the performance the girls got most crazy for was. When they guys were naked? Costume? Revealing Clothes? Nope. Girls went absolutely the most insane bonkers when the stripper guys came fully dressed in a nice suit.
[–]B8ngDwnVts0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
would you look at that, signs of money...
and im being publicly shamed for saying if im gonna fuck a woman atleast let her have some nice tits
[–]GottaGoMGTOW4 points5 points6 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I don't think women even know they think this way. They just behave out of instinct.
[–]BlackKojak1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Except the reason that they wear a fireman's helmet or police officer's cap is because women are turned on by a man in uniform, and that aspect of the uniform keeps the illusion alive.
There are plenty of male strippers who just get totally naked...

He used to be pretty funny until he started sucking Hollywood's dick. I saw him live here in Canada about a year ago. He went on 20 minute rant about how much he hates trump and Republicans. The crowd just sat there silent it was very awkward. Eventually he clued in we don't give a fuck about American politics and moved onto something else.
[–]JohnMcCainToHell0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
What an edgelord bitching about Trump; super original. Prolly would have gotten way more laughs if he'd cracked a few jokes about your communist failure of a PM, Justin Castro.

[–]sketchibubz0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]Adamjensen2030 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Man + job = woman's love
Man - job = woman's disdain
Job = woman's love for money
According to the equations and by logic women never trult wanted a man only his money...
I wonder why they go after men to begin with; knowing that the Government offers them free money
