I think this is not real.

Commercial typewriters were invented in 1874. Using it after 3 years, for writing diary doesn’t make sense.
Ancient typewriters were not user friendly. Writing on a paper was much easier, especially a diary.
Just because something is printed on a sepia colored paper, doesn’t mean it is old.
Quality of the print is too good to be so old.
