Just wanted to let everyone on this sub know how awesome they are! This is one of the best groups I've been appart of. Never have I found a place with so much wisdom and encouragement.

Like so many others on here I am a former white knight. Grew up under the delusional thinking that if I could save the right girl and make her my wife I'd be happy........ and we all know how that went. Married my best friends sister, thought she was a unicorn.... until two years into being married she started cheating on me. Kicked that bitch out within minutes of finding out. I was busting my ass to make a life for the two of us, working out of state. Gave her EVERYTHING, and yet it still wasn't enough.

That was almost exactly one year ago. Have had my ups and downs. Still fighting depression, but the thing that has helped the most is this sub. Realizing that AWALT and how men get treated like utter shit despite how hard we work. Since then been MGTOW..... bought a lake house (my dream house) and just working on myself. No more drama, nagging, bitching. It's peaceful.

Anyway I could go on for hours..... just want to say THANKS to everyone and to the younger guys..... PLEASE take our warnings and stories to heart, avoide the mistakes we made.
