Try mediation, if both agree it will cost you very little. If he doesn’t agree speak to a lawyer and follow the advice. Refrain from directly interacting with stbx, don’t leave the house and sleep in separate rooms. Don’t have sex even if things become amicable as it will only complicate things. This is same advice I give to everyone

I agree, we can show empathy and be a better example

You should focus on your son, talk to a lawyer, record everything she does. If I were you I would not interact with her one on one anymore unless a person is present especially if she is so toxic as you say. Here is a story I want to share My friend is close to 50 and is on his second and rather fulfilling marriage. He got married at age 22 while studying in England and was naive. His first kid was born with type 1 diabetes which added to already stressful marriage. Wife ‘kidnapped’ son and move…

100%. I am not even sure why young men are even thinking about marriage. It is just a sham.
/r/Divorce_Men22/12/23 02:21 PM
3

Tale as old as time, husband breaks his back trying to secure a future for his family, wife simply divorces him saying her needs are not being met or some other rather pedantic reason. I have seen this happens more with SAHMs because they cannot fathom how back breaking 100 hrs a week can be. I am very sorry to hear, she is your enemy. Be cordial and stop having sex with her, you got to take your emotions out and start thinking logically how you can protect yourself and maximize time with kids
/r/Divorce_Men21/12/23 10:49 PM

Be prepared to say no if things workout and she chooses to come back. She showed you who she really is, it’s best to break things off and move on Hopefully you are young and can easily rebuild your life

Problems is any opinion of this sort will be categorized as ‘sexist’/‘misogynist’ or ‘incel’ there by negating the ability of a young woman to even actually hear the other side

Men can afford to play the long game and women unfortunately cannot, part of the reason being their biological clocks I am just a generic looking dude, I struggled through my 20s and early 30s why I couldn’t even get a date.. but as a 40 year old with a successful career and a budding small business things have changed dramatically for me. Also, have someone noticed the drop in scale of average women these between early 30s to late 30s.. it’s as if an average American woman lets herself go (even…

Best thing for him is to go talk to a lawyer, focus on himself getting better, minimize interactions with stbxw, record any interactions. If possible he can create a trust and move his assets, but lawyer is the best answer

Her profile is a paradox. Single mom of 2 by age 21 (if we were to believe) but says she is Christian/conservative. - a paradox Seeking someone mature/father figure - she is personification of immature/irresponsible. Father figure for the kids? She should look for him from her past, not in a dating profile Face - you know how they say an onion smells like an onion even after boiling/cooking. No matter how much effort she puts in makeup, camera angles it doesn’t matter, her face still looks like …

Simple, I love living alone with my dog. While there are pros and cons not having a stable family life, but I have had and still have few FWBs, always had a partner for dating/romance with minimal gap. I have no interest in family/kids. My long term goals are traveling all around on my motorcycle and sailing. There are times where I do feel loneliness, it passes. I know I have a good life and do not want to change it. Bro if you can afford go for SD sites like Seeking, find a college student you can help. It’s a win-win, unless you are a Chad this is much better than chasing random women who come with lot of baggage depending on your age. I know some people judge but who cares, I spent most of young age to become successful and now I am reaping the e forts. Besides it leave with me with lot of time to explore my hobbies and interests

This. Please think from the perspective of the puppy when you get one. The puppy was taken away from his ‘family’ to be with you. He will start looking up to you as family. But there is lot of effort and hardship involved especially first few months. Too many people I know give up the puppy because they haven’t thought through. It is unfair for the pup

For the immediate focus on your responsibilities, your kid, your job etc. be a machine. Do some yoga, meditation (I can send you some videos), stretching .. I am not saying ‘workout’. These activities only take 15 mins and give you an immense benefit emotionally. Slowly you start thinking about what next.. and so on. Hope you have a support system to share
/r/Divorce_Men28/09/22 03:56 AM

OP you can practice things like ‘Pranayama’, ‘Yoga Nidra’ which will help you immensely in this situation. All they need is 15 mins and very easy to do. I can share some YT easy to do videos. I have my own issues and doing that past 6-8 months have improved my mental state. Please try them once and see if it makes a difference

/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen04/03/22 06:36 PM
36

That is step 2 for sure. She will start looking down on him, it is husband’s fault she is not able to follow her tingles for Chad thundercock. She is going take out all frustrations on this poor guy and he will start wondering if she was stressed at ‘work’, he will start being even more nice and caring.. this will make this woman hate her husband even more for he is fighting for his family.. it is all downhill from there Men, please do not marry and waste your resources on such women

The time to file for divorce is yesterday. As he doesn’t have kids with SB, and this is short term marriage, he will not be on hook for much. Women SB sites are for the streets. They are only meant to be fun while you are busy and can afford it without wasting too much time/resources in abysmal dating market Source: a guy who used to be on these sites

Don’t trust your wife even is she says she doesn’t expect anything from you. It is the legal system that decides how much you owe and no one will say no to free money You are lucky you realized sooner before it is too late. 4 years doesn’t come under ‘long term’. The time to leave is now. Find that will power, focus on your life, be selfish about your happiness, peace of mind, wants and needs. You don’t owe her anything

This behavior is more widespread than we think where wives think they are entitled to their money and their husband’s. If you inquire, these are the same women who will proudly say “men and women are equal. Women will do anything even better”.. 🤦‍♂️

These guys think they are in a ‘relationship’ with an OF thot and end up spending a lot of money on her. I have seen people spend 50% of their hard earned income on OF. It is too sad society considers these men as ‘losers’ rather that what they really are ‘victims’ of a scam. I know a buddy who went through similar situation. He was from Netherlands/England, his wife is from Brazil and not a EU citizen. When she took his daughter, he had to go to Brazil and file paper work. Laws in countries like Brazil, Philippines, India are ikky especially if you know someone in power. I used to feel the same, but some women do pull off. My gf has one, it made me change my opinion. She is super strong, broad shoulder, trail runner and works on power tools all day. For some reason the septum rings makes her more feminine

Anybody that says “got out of a domestic violence situation” is a red flag. Reasons: 1. She is emotionally manipulative and may be passive aggressive. The poor guy might have vented out once in his life and she claims domestic abuse. 2. She is indeed a victim but gets attracted to ‘bad boys’. I know a woman (beautiful, college educated, smart), she fell for a ‘bad boy’ who was very romantic, was bringing her flowers everyday. Fast forward two years, she really had to leave town to escape. She us…

Even though marrying her is less likely, but there are indeed some really desperate and lonely men, similar to chubby chasers. Society primed these men that they are worthless unless they are married or have a gf. Such men are usually the the targets of these dating profiles.

/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen29/04/21 05:17 AM

This .. exactly this. Guys if a woman who you spent couple of dates with, didn’t open up, she never is gonna open up and will likely string you as a beta bux.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen29/04/21 01:38 AM

Most women don’t have genuine 2-sided friendship with men. It always tends to be one sided where the guy puts in a lot more effort. Some guys don’t mind that and some do, eventually they wise up and leave.

I hooked up with a middle aged woman (purple hair/purple boots/36/pretty for her age) last week. The sex was good. There were lot of red flags about her. 1. During dinner she came off as "drinking wine is my personality" 2. She says she is a nerd and loves Marvel. When I dug deeper she just watched some movies and no she doesn't understand what a nerd or a geek means. I am pretty sure she made fun of the every same people as loses she is trying to emulate when she was younger 3. She does some so…

In all seriousness if she is as attractive as she says she is, she would have found somebody long back. /r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen18/02/21 01:12 AM

Yes exactly. When I started trying dating initially my mindset was “I should get to know her. I should respect her etc etc”.. while I still hold same values, I realized if the lady is not sleeping with me by 3rd or 4th date, she is just not into me. No amount of the effort I put, is going to change her mind.

Where is the outrage about how men in porn hardly get paid as actors.. where are all the feminists fighting for equal pay Male porn actors are called MPAs (derogatory).. they live together to save money in industrial sized lofts sometimes and they hardly get paid and usually are looked down upon Source: a person I know who actually was in porn

So sad.. amen for a fallen brother. I know a friend of mine who has been put through the grind by his psycho ex wife from Brazil, played him like a fiddle taking advantage of his undying love for his one and only daughter It broke my heart when I read the OP says in the post account “I don’t want my daughter to grow up without a father” and tried to commit suicide before calling helpline Yet the cops show up in his house .. it is so sad.

I am in mid 30s. Here are few things I learned -people who are married tend to become friends with other married people for ‘common interests’ and slowly drift away from solo friends - it is time you truly start to go on your own away.. pick up hobbies, look into starting a business, or something you always wanted to do/learn as a kid. I always wanted to be a handyman. I work in It and recently started my own second business doing handyman work. I feel like my own hero.. I learnt a lot and it is…

Good advice. I can afford this car.. but usually I play it safe. This car has a lot of features I have been looking for and good range (400+ miles) although granted it is going to be at the higher end of battery which will cost more. I will also keep on the lookout for any wel built trucks/suvs. I am looking for a truck with good mileage as most of them hardly give 20-22 and not too big

You should read stories about how most of these SC and Insta thoughts moonlight as escorts.. how they are paid to got Arab countries and take part in degrading activities for the Arab shieks (like being peed on).. just so that they could maintain the lifestyle Maximbrady even has a video of one of these thots trying to seduce a 17 year old shiek and that she is going to get tested and no need of condoms These are the same women who will claim they are feminists

Never understood the hatred for MGTOW. When you ask them why? The reasons usually are most of the posts are hating on women or for men going their own they do seem to be obsessed with women while conveniently skipping over posts that offer engaging debates, men encouraging and supporting each other, or people sharing their stories Funny thing is they recommend r/menslib filled with beta orbiters and feminist cucks

I also drive for Lyft sometimes. Having an electric car is very helpful if I choose to.. so it is an option

/r/MGTOW05/11/19 09:14 PM

I do have a well paying job.. and I have additional income through renting one of my bedroom and my second job So far I have been using h my additional income to fund my travel.. I usually don’t like to spend from my savings from my actual job Additionally 1. $15k-$20k from selling my 2015 VW Toureg TDi 1. $7500 federal credit, 2. $4000 from my company benefits for EV vehicles So almost 50% is easily paid off here.. so I need to save and earn around $10-$15 grand and a loan for the rest.
/r/MGTOW05/11/19 09:04 PM

Yes that is true. But advantage with these vehicles is they can release and update it with patches and bug fixes. So I am hoping they are competent They have an order of 100000 delivery vehicles from Amazon for Prime already in place. My guess is atleast the bugs will be minimal
/r/MGTOW05/11/19 07:57 PM

Yes. I agree. I have a house and a garage but my garage unfortunately doesn’t fit most of the GM/Chevy/Ford/Dodge trucks. Although Trucks are ideal for me and the work I do
/r/MGTOW05/11/19 07:56 PM
2

Yes that would be nice to have a simple electrical truck that offers a 300+ mile range. But most of these companies are trying to compete in terms of features/luxury rather than being simple and offering at more affordable price My guess is eventually we will start seeing simple trucks.. but don’t see any in pipeline for next 3-4 years atleast
/r/MGTOW05/11/19 07:54 PM

I have my parents visiting me often and my nieces and nephews with whom I am very close to. It is either that or R1T truck which is few grand cheaper I tried buying a Chevy truck this year but it doesn’t fit my garage. And the mileage trucks offer do not suit my needs although trucks are ideal in every other way for me.

Yes it is. I was blown away. It is meant for the adventure market for people who like being in outdoors. The Teslas are good but they are not meant for off-roading. It is a bit expensive though .. so even with having a well paying job I still have to resort to saving and doing second job so that it won’t put a serious dent in my finances. Yes it is a big problem. I live in one of the most expensive cities in US.. I had to pay a lot of money for a small house, which I can get for less than half the price in most of US It is strange what is happening to big cities.. they are famous because of the people who live in and their culture.. and now the same people are being driven out taking the culture with them. SFO is a good example

Marriage is definitely not an accomplishment no matter how much society tries to program us. The way I see it is, if just about anyone can do it without any effort/thought it is not much a goal to strive for Buying a house - this depends on lot of factors. For some people it is indeed a goal (especially if they have a poorer upbringing) to own a house.

As someone from India.. I can attest that the radical feminism took over Indian women.. in some ways they are far worse than feminists here.. There is a law in India.. where if a woman alleges dowry harassment from man and his family.. the man will be arrested first and then they will start investigation Eventually the bride’s family will come back and ask them to pay like $50000 and they will withdraw the case

Exactly.. they usually don’t add anything of value to conversation. And their supposed ‘interests/hobbies’ are more derived from their social circle or from media rather than having genuine interests and hobbies. Most of them will list travel as their hobby, ask them where they want to go, the answer is more likely going to be sipping cocktails on a beach.. projected by Hollywood and media as ideal vacation. Or they will want to go to a museum.. and there they even don’t usually learn or try to …

Agree with your point. Yes it can be difficult to be detached if you are really invested for most men. In my case, This is where the ‘I love being alone’ part helps me. I really like being by myself. So it gives me a lot of power on the way I deal with women, as I simply neither care nor feel attachment to women.

Also divorce rate is relatively low amongst Indians. So not available Indian women True story- an Indian colleague of my sister who was widowed did end up dating and marrying a white man. So it happens albeit rarely Go to Goa in India brother or most modern Indian cities like Mumbai or Delhi. You will find the right crowd where Indian women may be more receptive, atleast you will get an easy hookup :)

Good question. There are lot of reasons 1. Most Indian women are already married before 25 2. The ones that are still single after 25, usually are feminazis, out of shape, fat which you don’t want to touch with a 10 ft pole 3. Women who do MS in US, I think they will be open to idea of dating white men, but they are afraid of going against the grain, alienating the family so they may usually end up marrying Indian to appease 4. Also ignorance.. some of them may think they may not be of interest …

Sure bro we can take it in PMs. Lot of factors affect sugar dating depending on where you live, what your needs are. Try to answer some questions 1. What is your ideal ‘relationship’ like? 2. How many times you want to meet 3. How much money you can afford? Lot of single men on an average can easily spend $500-$600 days trying to go on dates, or visiting clubs to buy women drinks etc.. did you consider how much you spend on an average when you took a woman on a date in the past? 4. Ideally you s…

I consider it as a different version of MGTOW as I never get into relationships or ‘marriage’. This lifestyle is acknowledging that men do have needs and for men who can afford it is an alternative way to traditional dating.

I agree it is not for everyone besides in the city I live going on a date costs usually $150. Compare that to $1000 a month with ‘unlimited’ access to pussy and no expectations in return

I can understand your line of thinking. It is definitely not for everyone. However I have to disagree with being a ‘slave’ part. The allowance I give is something I can afford and doesn’t impact my bank I consider it as more of an insurance against emotional baggage that comes with dating women In my experience I did meet some really nice women who just needed some support. I enjoyed all the positives that come with being in a relationship without the cons and still do

I agree dude.. you are kind of right there. Especially on online dating they don’t go for the good ones I have to much pride in myself to change myself or the way I present myself for these women

There are all kinds. Some like to be paid per date (basically prostitution). You require experience weeding them out. I personally go far women who don’t expect much other than may be helping them with their rent like $1000 max per month. Unless you can afford $5k or more you of course cannot expect monogamy, but if you find the right ones you can have a good connection/relationship which can be rewarding for both

“My dog is cooler than your” Guys if you ever see a similar line like this on dating profiles “My <pet> is cooler than you ever will be because it came first” run away. Please don’t touch with a 10 foot pole

I used to be a bull to a couple long back.. never interacted with husband that much. From what I understand he reluctantly agreed to her after she gave ultimatum. She had many lovers both men and women. He suffered with jealousy issues and eventually had to get away from that can of worms. I never did it again

While I don’t want to shame people, never understood why a man would sign up to be knowingly cycled by some other dude.. apparently there are a lot of them atleast on Fetlife Most of the cases I believe it is lack of confidence that he may not be enough for her and she may leave him for someone else.. not sure. In your experience what was your opinion of these men (especially married ones) who become cucks? Did you get to talk to them?

You can’t say she is 6 until you see her full figure. Women who cut pictures upto their busy showing their fat boobs tend to have huge guts
