Hi all, i am seeking to form a new committee for my recreational club for the next term. I feel that some of them are mia(missing in action) or slackers in the current committee. At the same time, i also recognised the need to introduce new members into the committee. I noticed some of them are feminist who said women are better than men as well.

How do i proceed to choose a committee that i could work well with and have less of a liability?
