I want to get physically fit (not muscles or shit, I am just getting fat). I had 2 injuries 2 years ago that stopped me from exercising. (Tendonitis in my elbows and heels, and a knee impact that healed but pain comes back if I squat)

Because my core priority now is to lose weight because I feel heavy and it hurts my heels, I have decided to do cardio EVERYDAY, using fitnessblender low-impact exercise videos. (like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNrqrk2xcAo)

Is doing this everyday with 2 rest days a week sufficient, bad or what? I must only do stationary low-impact exercises, the slightest load fucks up my elbows' tendons, heels' tendons as well as my knee.

Put up 20KG ever since the injuries. Not cool.
