So do you think the world would be a better place if men and women had always been segregated to different halves? Or even different planets? If some aliens had separated us and had given us both ways to procreate without the other?

If we'd never encountered them how would we have developed? I'd like to think we'd have spaceships and the glories of civilization whereas they'd live in shit huts and be killing each other but how many technologies and inventions would have been made without the allure of getting sex from a woman?
