Finding some higher purpose in your life. Your passions, having a more philosophical view on life, devoting yourself to a cause. Even if you do have a partner or love in your life, it shouldn't be the main focus, only a small part.

Living well is the best Revenge. If you've been broken by somebody who abused then threw you away as worthless, prove them wrong by being the best version of yourself. It sounds petty and a waste of your time, to still care about what others think of you but it can motivate you to self actualization. If you become a better man as a result then who cares what motivated you to get there?

Become the winning lottery ticket that someone threw away. Those kind of regrets last a lifetime? Revenge is such a sweet and satisfying reward and best served cold with a side dish of pure malice brought to the table by a smiling waiter. Are you inspired yet?

My whole life I have been unfairly pre-judged and pidgeonholed as a disposable loser. I was a typical simp "nice guy" "blue pill" what have you and so on and so forth. I bent over backwards to care for others, and got shat on vehemently in return. (Not 100% of the time, but close to it.)

A deep, recessed part of me knew there was some sort of "system" or something keeping me down - I sometimes wondered if I was simply defective and the only one to blame for my shortcomings, however I would eventually come to my senses and realize that while I am at fault for some things (I fuck up just like everyone else) there definitely were greater forces at play. Not God or religion or whatever - Something else.

Turns out that greater force was society. At least, that is what was revealed to me once the red pill killed off the smoggy haze that had been left in my brain for over three decades.

I know how the world works now. I know why I've failed with women so many times before. I know why I've failed to "fit in," and be accepted. And knowing this information allows me to exploit the very system that has exploited me.

That's what drives me. I'm pushing 40 and I'll be damned if I don't have my time in the sun without a goddamn care.

It is in your nature to build, create, explore, conquer challenges. In a gynocentric society, they try to indoctrinate that feeling out of you so all you worship is women. And when you aren't granted their affections, you feel ashamed. But don't feel bad, because you are halfway to reprogramming yourself.

When people say, "find your passion", they mean for you to have a deep introspection into yourself about what makes you happy. For example, I love building things, and so I love maintaining cars, writing code, and learning.

It also has a snowball effect.

I love excelling at my job: solving puzzles and problems is what drives me. I love making money from said job. I love taking that money and spending it on healthy food and gifts for myself.

Every morning I sit in front of a mirror and get hyped up for the day. Not soy hype, as in "yay we can do this." I mean full on testosterone inducing, blood pumping, "I PITY THE NEXT FUCKING PROBLEM TO FACE ME" hype.

And you know what the beautiful thing is? You begin to love yourself. That external affirmation is just icing on the cake. You become the catalyst for your own happiness.

Your physical fitness also has a massive impact on your self esteem, quality of life, etc. It's always a great place to start when you're lost. Fill your life with positive things and the the bad shit will overflow out.

Honestly, programming is an amazing skill to have as there is such a low barrier to entry if you want to start your own business.

The thought of becoming the best person I can with the limited time I've been given on this planet, reaching all my goals is what keeps me driven and I dont want to be sidetracked so I'm taking small steps and sometimes large ones but I know that I'm trying because God only knows it gets hard as hell out here especially when in a bind no ones around. Just keep pushing and trying no matter how little the step and pray you make it.

Try to find something super small but meaningful. It could work.

I want to know what keeps you driven.

Money & Freedom. That's what has always kept me going. For me both of these go hand in hand. Imagine living life with no worries, whether it be financial or familial. Reaching a relatively young age and realising you no longer need to work and can live your life as you see fit. No one to judge or nag about anything you do. Once you find out that you don't need anyone to be happy, it changes you. I live my life in line with this and it's going relatively well so far.

You find these things and it will most certainly destroy your porn habit. The more time you spend on bettering yourself and enjoying something you have a passion in, the less time you'll have to think about porn simply because you will actually enjoy your current state and you don't want it to stop. Replace one habit for a healthy one. But like all things in life, moderation is important.

What keeps you driven in life besides finding love?

If you think about it, you reached a certain amount of years before getting your first 'love'. Ask yourself why you want someone to love. Was it for something more or just sex? If it's the latter then we live in an age where you can get sex anywhere. You can either straight up pay for it or take what valuable time you have and go the long way in getting sex or just have a wank and then ask yourself if you still want sex. If you still do then have another wank and another one for good measure. Post-nut clarity goes along way. Wish I can comment on finding love but I'm not your person for that. But I'll say this, I don't even give a shit about love. It does nothing for me that will somehow improve my life. I made it through my entire childhood and most of my teenage years without needing someone to 'love' and that still stands today. Wish I could understand where this need and impulse comes from but that's just me and it's working brilliantly for me.

After you learn the truth about life it hurts.

Yeah learning the truth hurts. Everything you've come to know growing up is a lie. Not much you can do about it but armed with what you know changes you as a person. For better or worse that depends on you. You can regress yourself and wallow in misery that this illusion that you were indoctrinated with has been shattered or you can be happy that you know something others don't. You know have an edge and an advantage over them and you use that to live as good as a life as you see fit and avoid the traps of life at the same time.

My motivation is myself. Everyday I want to become stronger, smarter, more eloquent, more sociable, more inspirational to others. There are days I can't even look at myself in the mirror if I feel I'm slipping backwards. I don't chase money, I don't chase power, and I especially don't chase whores.

I do a lot of volunteer work with groups of young boys as I'm invested in my local community. I try to teach kids how to not be simps, asocial loners, give them pathways in life outside of college and corporations, and how have a proud, healthy view of their masculinity. Basic things I doubt are being taught in their life anymore.

I would ease up upon the porn addiction. And find a job where you can find some passion in. Volunteer for a cause, read books that find passion in, consume MGTOW on the daily, and workout. This is what I do. And I’ve been burned by many woman.

Once you swallow the red pill you go away from feeling destroyed and hurt to stronger and happy. Seriously, you can be alone in a mountain and be okay. It’s a state of mind. Like I heard a lot on here before. It might take months or even years to wipe out the toxic culture we were use too.

I think the essential is to educate yourself and learn from peoples experiences here.

Because porn is a happy release valve. Nobody is saying that as MGTOW you're supposed to lose your sex drive or find women unattractive, simply that you're not supposed to let those aspects of yourself lead to making dumb-ass mistakes. Porn is a safe, easy, convenient and affordable alternative to divorce-rape, STDs or "child" support. Go for it, and don't let prudes drag your down.

As for what keeps me driven? All kinds of things, but as you get older you begin to appreciate your time, health, life itself, much more than when you're younger.

Stop waiting for someone else to love you and start loving yourself. You're the king of your world - make the most of it.
