My last GF would do this (though not to the extent that KK does).
I asked her why she would post provocative pics on social media, where a bunch of random men would tell her how hot she was, but she couldn't find it in herself to dress up for me, her man, in private.
Basically she just wanted the attention and self-esteem boost.
Meanwhile if I so much as glanced in another woman's direction she would freak out.
