It’s a reference from the movie The Matrix. The character is given a choice between a red pill or a blue pill.

Blue pill: stay in your life, maintain status quo.

Red pill: awaken to the underlying truth of realities that you couldn’t see beneath the surface.

You’ll see mentions of purple pill or black pill, but I don’t know where those references come from.

we as man project our own desires to woman. male love is sacrificial. for our species to survive and evolve we (man) had to provide and protect woman. always. and we put her lives above our own. in nature a woman life is more valuable than a man. If you have 10 people in a village 1 woman and 9 man, you only can have 1 baby a year and the 9 man will fight to the death to have this woman and this village is no longer viable. however if you have 9 woman and 1 man, you can have 9 babies per year and the woman will share this man, and he will work himself to death to provide for all of them (this village is viable and by the laws of average the next generation will be 50% / 50%).

I was saying. the love we feel is sacrificial and the love woman feels is selfish. in nature they have to be. they can not hunt, or gather food in late pregnancy. so the woman who not had taken everything she could would have died, or had non viable offspring.

we forget these simple facts now that we live in cities, with supermarkets, and clean water. but we are still slaves of biology.

the Blue Pill Man don't know or choose not to see reality as it is, and the red pill sees reality as it is.

woman nature, the laws, family court.

a woman will do everything she can to take an advantage to gather your resource , she will lie , cheat, cry, manipulate, use sex. and there is ONLY 1 THINK she wants - MORE!

"Red pills" are simply truths. You may see people refer to "The Red Pill" or "TRP," which is a defunct subreddit that pick-up artists gathered in to discuss how best to use women's psychology to get laid. The only thing mgtow has in common with TRP is that we both believe the truth about female psychology.
