If she really think it's not a big deal never flares up.

Then just post in response to his anonymous post, that yes I've herpes but it's not a big deal.

If it's not a big deal then why she feels humiliated to know now that everyone knows it?

It just doesn't make any sense.

If it affects her then it means, it's a big deal to disclose it upfront.

He's not an asshole for whatever he did. Just to save one humiliation, many others have to suffer who she will not disclose her status to?
