It is not possible to get married in the West anymore. Marriage is an institution. Institutions do not work without broad general support from government and society. Banking is an institution, if society stops believing in banking and modern finance things like currency become worthless, your bank account goes poof, your credit card and debit cards stop working. Since society in the West does not support marriage unless you are a queer, there is no such thing. Marrying a girl today would be like investing in banking in a country where the institution has failed (run on the banks, etc).

If you don't do what your wife wants, the law encourages her to leave you and steal the fruits of your labor. The man must be the boss of the relation and this law makes the woman the boss. It was in Roman books on how to control Germanic slaves that they'd break men and the Germanic family structure. They'd put one of those big fat Germanic women named Helga who looked like a man to be the boss of the male slaves and beat them down so no Germanic slave woman would respect him. The society has done this to all men now. You cannot have a wife because the gubbermint has made her your Helga.
