So driving home tonight the wife brings up post nuptial agreements out of the blue. Saying even if she signs one she doesnt have to honor it. Was like wtf wth did that come from then spent like .5 of the rest of the ride home proving to her that because we live in ohio that post nuptials are legal and legally she has to honor one.. So after a heated fight she said she would never want divorce( i do just biding my time to get a decent stack of go the fuck away money)but wanted the paid off car, the apartment, and joint with the kids but no child support and no alimony(claims she dont need no man to pay her bills) if it ever happened. Dunno fellas should i draw up the papers in triplicate, you know just in case ;)?
