I think there’s something valuable to being able to pick up a girl in that it keeps you fresh and able to gauge whether you’re still good at selling yourself/products & services (charismatic personality translates well to sales). But i think it’s healthier to only do picking up type stuff while doing ur own things like grocery store line or other regular life stuff that shows ur living ur life genuinely and not just trying to get a chick in bed to brag to ur buddies.

My ex had way too many problems I was willing to overlook. She broke up our two-and-a-half year relationship partially for the same reason (although she did the typical woman shit of saying I’m too controlling.)
