So I had this guy named Kevin who sets up Jump Houses for a living, he's 33-years old and we ended up having a conversation together when it was time for him to pick up the play house and clean up (his boss is 26 by the way). He stated that he had cut ties from his family and friends a long time ago and grew up in the ghetto throughout all his life. He's worked 13 jobs and hated all of them until he was finally satisfied with being a Jump House guy for a living which he was recently hired three weeks ago to do (I don't know the exact terminology for someone whose occupation deals with Jump Houses so bear with me). He's had three kids, one of them he hasn't seen for three years after he/she turned 12 (can't remember the gender), another that he sees sometimes (he never mentioned the age), and one that comes from his current girlfriend that isn't his (who is 5-years old). This particular detail peaked my interest and I decided to ask for more information which he was surprisingly willing to share. In summary, his current girlfriend's previous boyfriend is in prison serving time while the little girl is connecting with Kevin. Establishing a father-daughter relationship. In addition, he has also mentioned how his girlfriend will talk trash about him and give him crap sometimes but it seems that he is willing to put up with it as he has no one else to turn to or go now other than the daughter he has connected with overtime. I know that one of the philosophies of MGTOW is to never raise another man's child and be wary of a woman's dating history/past. So I thought that this story would help support these principles to follow by and just goes to show how dire the situation is for good men out there. I felt kind of sorry for Kevin as he did seem like a nice dude and was definitely a hard worker as he was clearly passionate about his current job and cared about the small details when securely setting up a Jump House. Let this real life situation that I am sharing with you all to be another learning lesson on how to be wary of the tricks that the world will throw at you and to always focus on yourself. I am a young man whose 22-years of age and over these two years since I was 20 I have become aware and realize how messed up the situation is for the good men out there who want to live a happy life. Not all women, not all men, but when it comes to improvement and discipline, men are held to a higher standard than women.
