Even then, a barrel of oil is ~ 300 pounds of actual fuel and currently costs about 50 bucks. Oil is too expensive of a fuel unless there is a peak in electricity prices, so there is a ceiling on fuel prices.
So, essentially, there is no business opportunity.
Water is a huge energy sink. It takes a lot of energy to boil off. Even in an obese person, there's a lot of water relative to fat due to the makeup of cells and blood. It's simple thermodynamics that burning them will be a net negative, barring some crazy outliers.
I've never heard of a crematorium burning to the ground because they were cremating an obese person.
