Would you accept this compromise. We pass a constitutional amendment (in the US) that guarantees: 1. A woman's right to an abortion. 2. Spermjacking is made illegal and is punishable by death by hanging.

So, fine, leave women alone on abortion. They get to have one for any pregnancy as long as they pay for it. At the same time, we have a harsh punishment for a woman who takes sperm out of a condom or a cup (if she spat it out after oral sex) and impregnates herself against his will.
